Rating : - Standard Steak Knives These steak knives have less metal in them than I was expecting making the knive feel light in my hand as well as making the knife blade flexible (it will twist slightly). The grip of the steak knives are straight therefore they are not ergonomic. The plastic in the grip is made with a lightweight plastic as well. On the good side, these knives are sharp and cut meat well. They are serrated and need no sharpening. They work well on meat products but not well on very soft or stiff plant food products.
