Rating :  - Dissapointed - tears instead of slices
Impulse purchase - thought maybe they were like the old "Ginsu" knives when slicing tomato.
Not so, they cut it alright, but it was difficult to maintain an even slice and it didn't exactly glide through the tomato.
My Hoffritz knives (freshly sharpened) do glide through a soft tomato with great ease and consistency, these do not although they never need sharpening.
Maybe it's the serrated edge - might be good for bread, I'm stuck with them for now.
