Rating : - Used it in dinner prep this evening... and it worked wonderfully. The handle grips well, and I had wet hands. I used it on thick boneless chicken, and it worked really well, extremely pleased. It weights 1lb and that seems to be perfect for what we'd use it for - chicken, steak, pork. The chicken was delicious too :) I would buy as a gift or recommend to family and friends.
