 Average Rating :
Rating : - 7-Inch Stainless-Steel Santoku Knife First, I am not a knife expert by any means, so this review is being written by an average person with limited kitchen skills.
What I like: 1. It is lightweight and very easy to hold and maneuver. I've used several knives like this in the past and really like how comfortable the rubber non-slip grip feels. 2. It is sharp! Not much more I can say about that. So far, after several weeks of work, it is still cutting through vegetables and meats as well as it did the day I pulled it out of the box.
What I don't like: 1. Well, this may be a bit contradictory, but although it is lightweight and easy to maneuver that also makes it feel a bit cheap (low quality). 2. The blade is big, not in length, but in height. It is sometimes a little too big feeling.
But, overall, I'm happy with it. It has cut every type of vegetable and many steaks and chicken and it cuts like butter...effortless. You won't be dissapointed with this one.
